Plant pairings
Yes, we specialize in curated plant pairings, taking into account both plant and vessel. Our plants are neatly potted into our ceramic planters using our special soil mixes and acclimated before delivery to your doorstep.
Plant pairings in the Signature line feature images of the exact plant you will be receiving. Of course, due to the nature of our living art, there may be slight differences as they steadily grow day-by-day.
Plant pairings in the Studio collection are selected and styled for similar form, but each plant is unique. Unless specified otherwise, images are for illustration purposes only and size measurements are estimated based on actual ranges; please contact us if you require details of the specific plant you will be receiving.
A care card for your specific plant is included with every order and of course, we’re always on standby to help care for your plants!
Plants may take time to adjust to their new environment, especially after delivery. During the initial adjustment period, it is recommended to slowly acclimatize your plant in an area with good ventilation and bright, indirect light for a few days after unboxing (even for plants that need full sunlight). You should monitor the overall health of your plant such as changes to the leaves, branches and the moisture of the soil. Please note that the occasional leaf drop is normal and to be expected.

Planters
Yes. Please note though that our planters are individually hand-crafted, so natural variations in size, color, finish, and minor surface markings may occur. These characteristics come from the organic qualities of the clay, the nuances of each firing, and the hand-applied colors and patterns.
In addition, certain designs, such as our Tulip Planter, are intentionally made with subtle differences in tone and pattern to celebrate the unique, artisan nature of every piece.
Our ceramics are high-fired for durability, yet natural clay can still breathe slightly in pieces that are unglazed, and may develop subtle mineral markings over time from water and substrates. We see this as part of the natural character of ceramics.
If you prefer a clean look, we recommend wiping the pot occasionally with a damp cloth, bottom-watering to reduce mineral build-up, and emptying the saucer after every watering.
Shipping & delivery
All orders are shipped via EMS and you will be able to track its delivery. Orders should arrive in 1-2 days after delivery. Please allow us between 5-7 days to process your orders.
For urgent orders or gifting requests, please contact us as we’re usually able to accommodate you and arrange expediated shipping.
Delivery fees depend on the size, weight and fragility of your purchases. Fees typically range from THB30-THB250.
We currently do not offer self-collection, nor do we have a physical store (stay tuned though!)
We do offer shipping via messenger services to ensure quick and secure delivery – please contact us!
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Please contact us directly to check on shipping rates. Once you confirm your order, we’ll generate a payment link for you. Credit card is accepted.
International orders are shipped through Thailand Post and typically arrive between 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
Returns & Refunds
We do our best to securely package every order and are happy to refund any damages as a result of delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that refunds are not applicable for minor imperfections or variations that may occur as a result of the hand-crafted nature of our ceramic planters or natural impefections of living plants.
We accept full refunds or exchanges on purchases that arrive damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll get back to you shortly.
